BEMIDJI -- A lane will be closed but two way traffic will still be allowed on Fifth Street Northwest today. Contractors plan to park a crane on the street and lift generators to the rooftop of the KBUN radio station. Traffic control will be set up by 8 a.m. and work should be completed with traffic control down by 3:30 p.m.
