Laberta Catherine Lyle, 76, died on Monday, Feb. 12, 2007.
A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday at First Presbyterian Church in Tallahassee, Fla., followed at a later date by the graveside service in Greenwood Cemetery in Bemidji.
She was born on July 12, 1930, in Lowry, Minn. She moved to Cass Lake and then Bemidji where she was a receptionist for the U.S. Forest Service. She had lived in Tallahassee since 1989 and was a member of First Presbyterian Church.
She enjoyed sewing for her children and grandchildren, walking on the beach at St. George Island and reunions with her family at Itasca State Park and the Caribbean.
She is survived by her husband, James Lyle; sons, Steven Larson of Bemidji and Jeffrey (Brenda) Larson of Eden Prairie, Minn.; daughters, Catherine (Paul) Thompson of Bemidji and Ellen Lyle of Tallahassee; brothers, Clarence (Ruth) Robieson of Orange City, Fla., Francis Robieson of Arvada, Colo. and Roy (Pat) Robieson of Fredricksburg, Va.; sister, Doris (Donald) Hoplin of Glenwood, Minn.; twin sister, Roberta Clayton of Brownsdale, Minn.; and five grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Corydon Larson; brothers, James Robieson and Kenneth Robieson; and sister, Ruby Bennett.
