The community of Kelliher will hold a Health Fair from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, at the Old School Center Gym, 243 Clark Avenue N.
Organizers said they define health broadly as a person's physical, mental, social, economical and educational well-being. Varied agencies and groups will be available with informational display booths, games and giveaway items, a release said.
This year's theme is "Change 4 Life: Eat Well, Move More, Live Longer." A meal of chili, bread, condiments, bars, coffee and "water" is provided through donations from the Kelliher community and Kelliher Thrift and Gift. The event is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by Community Resource Connections and the Kelliher Area Community.
