Red Lake Chairman Floyd Jourdain will give the State of the Band address at 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 26, at the Red Lake Humanities Center.
The event is free and open to the public.
A procession with the Red Lake Singers, Royalty, Red Lake VFW and Red Lake Tribal Council will be held at 11 a.m., followed by the State of Band Address, a retreat and a luncheon feast.
Jourdain will address accomplishments in 2009 and look at some initiatives for 2010.
In conjunction with the State of the Band Address, all tribal programs will have booths set up highlighting the services they provide for the community.
