After a year of being open, Fusion Dance and Fitness Center will relocate Monday, Oct. 11.
The new center is located on Irvine Avenue by Northern Elementary School (544 Centerpoint Court N). It will include two studios with a professional sprung dance floor, locker room and front lobby. Fusion Dance and Fitness Center holds dance classes for ages 3-18 and group exercise classes for adults.
The center opened its doors as a dance studio in September 2009 and expanded to include fitness classes in January. FDFC has both recreational dance classes and competitive dance groups in hip hop, jazz, ballet and Lyrical. Dance groups compete at regional competitions in the metro area. Group fitness classes include Zusion, yoga, Pilates, turbo kick, kettle bell and a variety of toning, strength training and cardio classes. Fusion Dance and Fitness Center started with 20 dancers last fall and now has more than 100 dancers and fitness members.
