Halvorson receives nursing scholarship

GRAND FORKS—Angela Halvorson of Bemidji has received the Sharon O. Lambeth

Graduate Nursing Scholarship for the 2018-19 year. Halvorson is a student in the Family

Nurse Practitioner program at the University of North Dakota.

The scholarship is intended to support graduate students working on an independent study, dissertation or capstone project with preference given to students researching health care policy, cancer or mental health/dementia, according to a press release.
