Tassel time: More than 100 seniors from area schools to receive diplomas

BEMIDJI -- More than 100 seniors from four Bemidji-area high schools are set to graduate tomorrow and Saturday.

Blackduck, Cass Lake-Bena and Voyageurs Expeditionary high schools will host their respective commencement ceremonies Friday, and Red Lake High School will host its own on Saturday.

At Blackduck, nearly 40 seniors will receive diplomas, 53 will do the same at Cass Lake-Bena and around a dozen Voyageur students and about 30 Red Lake students will flip their tassels.

The four ceremonies mark the tail-end of the high school and college graduation season in the Bemidji area.
