9 a.m. Introductions and facility tour
9:15 - 10:15 a.m. Act on Alzheimer’s presentation
10:15 - 10:30 a.m. Break
10:30 - 11:15 a.m. Touching Hearts Professional Panel including challenges, resources and top 10 concerns
11:15 - 11:30 a.m. Question and answer session, final thoughts, discussion and sharing resources.
