Born in Bemidji, MN to Albert Scott and Fae Francis Grover. Moved to Bagley, MN 1933. Moved to Spokane, WA 1943. Stayed in Spokane until 1956. Graduated from John Rogers High School in Spokane, WA 1948. Graduated from Oak Hills Bible Institute in Bemidji, MN in 1951. He married J. Vollie Sorlie on June 6, 1952, in Bemidji. Graduated from Whitworth College in Spokane, WA in 1956. Pastored Cohasset Community Chapel in Cohasset, MN from 1956 thru 1958. Pastored Bagley Evangelical Free Church from 1978 thru 1980. Pastored Riverside Evangelical Free Church in Richfield, MN for nine months in 1998. Pastored Boy River Log Chapel in Boy River, MN from 1999 thru 2004. Missionary service with International Missions Incorporated (Headquarters: Reading, PA). Served in Kenya, East Africa 1966 thru 1970. Leicester, England 1971 thru 1978. London, England 1990 thru 1996. Missionary service with Reign Ministries Royal Servants (Headquarters: Mpls., MN). Served in Scotland, Europe, and England from 1983 thru 1988. Dale also had his own floor and wall covering installation business.
Dale is survived by his wife of fifty- four years, J. Vollie Grover. His children, Daughter Charissa, son Nathan (Pandora), son Scott (Leslie), son Andrew (Laurie), son Luke (Lorri), son Spencer (Pamela). Grandchildren Joshua, Samuel, Jennilyn, Jordan, McKenzie, and Ava, Brother Bob Grover and Sisters Donna McLean and Adell Bedwell.
Memorial services will be at Coon Rapids Evangelical Free Church, 2650 128th Ave. NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55448 on February 17th, 11:00 AM. Boy River Log Chapel Activity Center, 329 2nd Ave. East, Boy River, MN 56672 on February 18th, 2:00 PM.
