Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Thursday-Sunday:

Accident

1:15 a.m. Saturday. Deputies responded to a one-vehicle accident with minor injuries on Winter Sumac Road NW.

Assault

6:25 p.m. Friday. Officers received a report of an assault at the 5100 block of Kappes Lane SE.

Assist

5:24 p.m. Friday. A juvenile whose parents weren't home was assisted with turning off a stove top on Scorpio Lane NE.

1:43 a.m. Saturday. Deputies assisted the Bemidji Police Department with an assault at a house party. A 19-year-old male, an 18-year-old male, an 18-year-old female and a juvenile were arrested after walking out of some woods soaking wet at the 5200 block of Birchmont Drive NE.

1:10 p.m. Saturday. A 42-year-old male was arrested after deputies assisted the Leech Lake Police Department with a DWI test refusal at the 8800 block of W 35th Street in St. Louis Park, Minn.

2:32 a.m. Sunday. Deputies assisted the Bemidji Police Department with a traffic stop at the intersection of Park Avenue NW and 10th Street NW. One minor was cited for minor consumption and a passenger was arrested for giving a false name and obstructing.

9:04 a.m. Sunday. A 45-year-old male was arrested at the 600 block of Minnesota Avenue NW.

Theft

9:57 a.m. Friday. Deputies received a theft of a 16-foot aluminum trailer at the 1400 block of Anne Street NW.

Warrant

10:13 p.m. Thursday. A 38-year-old was arrested after being transported from Cass County to the Beltrami County Jail.

6:22 a.m. Saturday. A 37-year-old male and a 40-year-old male were arrested on warrants at the 2300 block of Braman Drive NE.

9:25 a.m. Saturday. Leech Lake Tribal Police Department arrested a male for Beltrami and Hennepin County warrants at the 100 block of 6th Street NW. Deputies transported the male to the Beltrami County Jail.

Weapons Offenses

9:15 p.m. Thursday. A 35-year-old male was arrested at the 10200 block of Highway 89 NW for possession of a short-barreled shotgun.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls Thursday-Sunday:

Assault

5:47 p.m. Friday. Officers received a third-party report of a domestic assault at the 5400 block of Bemidji Avenue N.

1:43 a.m. Saturday. An 18-year-old male and a 26-year-old male were arrested after officers responded to a report of a fight at the 5200 block of Birchmont Drive NE.

4:40 a.m. Sunday. A 27-year-old male was arrested after officers responded to an assault at the 1300 block of America Avenue NW.

Disorderly Conduct

1:04 p.m. Saturday. A 33-year-old male was arrested for disorderly conduct after officers responded to the 200 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW to remove an intoxicated male.

Fire

3:07 p.m. Sunday. An officer responded to a suspicious fire at the 5500 block of Bemidji Avenue N.

Robbery

11:27 p.m. Sunday. Officers responded to a report of a robbery at the 1500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Traffic Stop

2:32 a.m. Sunday. A 19-year-old male and a 26-year-old male were arrested for various charges during a traffic stop at the intersection of 10th Street NW and Park Avenue NW.

Warrant

12:19 p.m. Friday. A 34-year-old female was arrested on an outstanding warrant at the 1300 block of Anne Street NW.

6:55 p.m. Saturday. A 29-year-old female was arrested for a warrant at the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

3:57 a.m. Sunday. A 32-year-old female was arrested for a local warrant at the 1100 block of 2nd Street SE.

11:07 p.m. Saturday. A 29-year-old female was arrested for a warrant during a traffic stop at the intersection of Mississippi Avenue NW and 5th Street NW.

2:14 p.m. Sunday. A 19-year-old female was arrested for an outstanding warrant during a traffic stop at the 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
