Sheriff’s Report
The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Monday:
Burglary
11:35 a.m. Deputies responded to a burglary on Beighley Road NE in Blackduck.
12:22 p.m. A burglary was reported in Durand Township on Kuha Road NE in which cash was taken and the suspect arrived on a bike.
Theft
1:01 p.m. An 80cc Yamaha dirt bike was reported stolen in Northern Township.
DWI
3:55 a.m. A 28-year-old man was arrested for second-degree DUI on Paul Bunyan Drive S.
Assault
3:59 p.m. A female reported being assaulted by an unknown suspect on Patriot Drive NW.
Warrant
4:51 p.m. A 44-year-old man and a 25-year-old woman were arrested on warrants on Scribner Road NW and Highway 89 NW.
Violation
11:49 p.m. A 51-year-old man was arrested for violating an order for protection on Little Norway Ave. SE.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Monday:
Assault
12:18 a.m. An assault was reported on the 3900 block of Irvine Ave. NW. Suspect fled prior to officer’s arrival and was not located.
Violation
12:22 a.m. A 22-year-old man was arrested for violating a no contact order on the 2500 block of Phoenix Loop NW.
DWI
1:04 p.m. A 49-year-old man was arrested for DUI and child endangerment following a driving complaint call on Highway 2 W.
Theft
1:50 p.m. A juvenile female was cited for shoplifting on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
Vehicle complaint
7:07 p.m. Officer spoke with a party who had their hand ran over by another vehicle at a local business on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
Trespass
10:12 p.m. A 34-year-old woman was arrested for violating a court order during a trespass call to the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW. Same woman was cited for shoplifting at Sports Authority and given a trespass notice at 6:38 p.m.
