The Beltrami County Sheriff’s Office responded to the following calls on Thursday:
Sex crime
12:05 a.m. A sex assault was reported in Bemidji.
Violation
8:35 a.m. A 49-year-old woman was arrested for a no drink order on the 1000 block of Carr Lake Road SW.
Police Report
The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls on Thursday:
Traffic
8:28 a.m. A 22-year-old man was cited for disobeying a stop sign, expired registration, expired permit and no proof of insurance on 5th Ave. N and Bemidji Ave. N.
Assault
7:39 p.m. A 51-year-old woman was arrested following a citizen’s arrest for assault on the 1300 block of Anne St. NW.
Trespass
6:07 a.m. A 32-year-old woman was arrested for trespass on the BSU campus after she refused to leave.
10:36 p.m. A 41-year-old woman was arrested on a warrant during a trespass call on the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
Disorderly conduct
12:34 p.m. A 42-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct on the 300 block of Minnesota Ave. NW.
1:05 p.m. An intoxicated male was removed from the library on the 500 block of America Ave. NW and directed not to return for the remainder of the day.
10:43 p.m. Officer checked on welfare of intoxicated people in roadway on Paul Bunyan Drive S and Connection Drive SW. Advised to stay out of traffic.
