9:56 p.m. Report of a tree obstructing Centerline Road at Thoren Drive NW. Tree was removed to ditch, county highway department notified.

5:46 p.m. Assisted Minnesota State Patrol in searching for a report of reckless vehicle at U.S. Highway 2 and Third Street NW.

The Bemidji Police Department responded to the following calls Wednesday:
Public safety
9:24 p.m. Officers removed a tree from the roadway on the 100 block of 24th Street NE, city streets department notified.
11:27 p.m. Tree branch was removed from 800 block of Irvine Avenue NW, city streets department notified.
Drugs
11:02 p.m. A 33-year-old male was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop at 26th Street NW and Delton Avenue NW.

Theft
10:28 a.m. Report of theft from a vehicle at the 1900 block of Irvine Avenue NW.
12:25 p.m. Report of theft at 500 block of Paul Bunyan Drive S.
3:16 p.m. Report of a theft at 3600 block of Cedar Lane NW.
4:02 p.m. A 24-year-old female was arrested for shoplifting in the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.
Public relations
3:36 p.m. Officer spoke to criminal justice class at BSU.
Accidents

1:08 p.m. Officers responded to a two-vehicle, minor damage and no injuries accident at Birchmont Drive NE and 19th Street NE.
