Sheriff's Report

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Sunday:

Accident

5:41 a.m. No injuries in car vs. deer accident at Grange Road NW and Cardinal Road NW.

DWI

2:01 a.m. A female, no age given, was arrested for DWI at 15th Street NW and Bixby Avenue NW.

The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office responded to the following calls Saturday:

DWI

9:41 p.m. A 23-year-old male was arrested for DWI after a report of weapons offenses in the 400 block of Paul Miller Lane NW.

Warrants

2:42 a.m. A 18-year-old female arrested on outstanding warrant after call of suspicious activity on 1000 block of StoneLake Road.

3:59 p.m. A 35-year-old male was transported to county jail for outstanding warrants after a call to 51000 block of Wind Flower Drive.

Accident

8:12 a.m. A one-vehicle property damage accident reported on Archery Road NW.

6:35 a.m. A car vs. deer accident reporter on Grove Street NW.

Assault

12:27 a.m. A 21-year-old male was arrested on several charges and a 22-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant after report of assault at 5000 block of Kappes Lane SE in Cass Lake and Allens Bay Drive SE and 164th Avenue in Beltrami County. A 21-year-old male, a 20-year-old female, a 40-year-old male and a 45-year-old female also were cited.

DWI

9:53 p.m. A 29-year-old male was arrested for DWI on the 2100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW. A 20-year-old female and a 19-year-old female were cited.

Driving violations

8:29 p.m. A 18-year-old man was cited for driving without a license after a traffic stop at Delton Ave. NW and 30th Street NW.

Theft

10 a.m. Report of theft from a vehicle in the 500 block of 21st Street NW.

2:36 p.m. Report of theft from a vehicle in the 1000 block of Park Avenue NW.

Disturbing the peace

1:45 a.m. Loud party complaint at 1500 block of Bixby Avenue. Officers informed renter to shut the party down.

Disorderly conduct

12:48 a.m. Two 19-year-old males, a 18-year-old male and a 18-year-old female were cited for minor in consumption at 15th Street NW and Beltrami Avenue NW.

Assault

11:09 a.m. A 34-year-old man was arrested on domestic assault charges after a disturbance on the 1100 block of Irvine Avenue NW.

Property damage

8:11 a.m. Report of damage to a sculpture near the intersection of Third Street and Beltrami Avenue NW.

Burglary

12:13 a.m. Report of a burglary in the 1100 block of First Street E.

4:41 p.m. Officer assisted a motorist who ran out of gas at the 1900 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Theft

11:59 a.m. A 21-year-old male was cited after a report of a theft in the 600 block of Minnesota Avenue NW.

2:21 p.m. Theft from a vehicle reported in the 900 block of 21st Street.

2:26 p.m. A 31-year-old female was cited for shoplifting in the 2000 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

2:42 p.m. A 34-year-old female was cited for theft after a report at the 1100 block of Paul Bunyan Drive NW.

Property damage

12:56 p.m. Report of damage to a motor vehicle on the 600 block of America Avenue NW.
