Brainerd swept the three doubles matches Saturday to hand Bemidji a 5-2 setback on the Warriors' court.
Bemidji was playing without its No. 1 singles player Matt Thompson who was sidelined by illness. Coach Scott Engelstad hopes to have him back Tuesday for a dual match at Detroit Lakes.
Ryan Rude and Sam Weaver won at No. 2 and 4 singles for the only Jacks wins. Both went three sets.
Brainerd won at No. 1 and 3 in straight sets and swept the three doubles, also in straight sets.
Bemidji won two of the three singles exhibitions and the lone doubles.
