BEMIDJI -- A benefit fundraiser for Kaldyn Eichberg, who was diagnosed with a rare type of brain cancer, will take place from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Aug. 23 at the Bemidji Eagles Club, 1270 Neilson Ave. SE.
There will be motorcycle ride, with registration from 9 to 11 a.m., beginning at noon. Cost is $20 for a bike and $5 for a rider. There will also be a spaghetti feed from 5 to 7:30 p.m. including a silent auction, raffle, bake sale and more. A free-will donation will be accepted. Kaldyn, son of Ryan and Kristen Eichberg, is 5 years old and has undergone brain surgery and will need radiation or chemotherapy treatment.
