BEMIDJI -- Harmony Co-op will be hosting a cooking class at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 26, in their community kitchen, 302 Irvine Ave. NW.

The class will be taught by local chef Amber Lynne of the Table for 7 farm-to-table popup dinner series. In this class, “Fresh Herbs and Vinaigrettes,” participants will learn a variety of ways to grow and use fresh herbs in their own cooking and master the art of making the perfect vinaigrette or salad dressing.
