Sheriff's office employees recognized for leadership training
The Beltrami County Sheriff's Office, in partnership with the Minnesota Sheriff's Association, recognized three of its employees for recently completing leadership development courses through the Institute for Credible Leadership Development (ICLD), a division of the International Academy of Public Safety (IAPS), which is responsible for administering leadership development curriculum for law enforcement agencies worldwide.
Receiving certificates of recognition are Communications Officer's Ashlan Barthorpe and Katherine Arguedas, and Deputy Brian Birt.
According to a release, it is the institute's goal to equip all public safety leaders and future leaders with the knowledge and skills required to enhance operational efficiency and health, sustain public trust, reduce liabilities and retain the best talent.
