Midsommar Fest set for Sunday

Sylvia Benson, left, and Michelle Dahlby, with the help of her grandson Matthew Dahlby, 6, decorate a Maypole on Thursday morning ahead of the 43rd Midsommar Fest in Bemidji.

The fest is set to start at noon Sunday, June 17, with a potluck at Library Park. Music will start at 1:15 p.m. with dancing around the Maypole to follow.

In the case of inclement weather, Midsommar Fest will move to First Lutheran Church, 900 Bemidji Ave. N.
