Torry's Van Benefit
Torry Swedberg was born with spina bifida. He spent his first few months in the University Hospital in Minneapolis. Since that time he has endured numerous surgeries and hospitalizations that continue to this day. In spite of it all he has remained an upbeat friendly guy working with the youth at the Covenant church. There will be a benefit for him on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at the Covenant Church in Bemidji, 5405 Hart Lane NW, from 1-4 PM. Free will offering spaghetti dinner will be served with an ice cream social. Also there will be a silent auction, bake sale, raffle drawing, musical concerts, and a "Stump the Pianist" game.
The benefit is to raise money for Torry to get a newer handicap van with automatic side ramp. Donations can be made out to Betty Sydow, van benefit, 30401 Alvwood Rd, Blackduck, MN 56630 or sent to PayPal to firstname.lastname@example.org.
