NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN AN UNSUPERVISED ADMINISTRATION AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS (ANCILLARY PROCEEDING) It is Ordered and Notice is hereby given that on June 17, 2022 at 8:30 a.m. by zoom, a hearing will be held in the above named Court, in Beltrami, Minnesota, for the formal probate of the ancillary proceeding of an instrument purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the Decedent, dated August 26, 2013 and for the appointment of Kim Boggs, as Personal Representative of the above referenced matter in the ancillary proceeding and an unsupervised administration. Any objections must be filed with the Court or raised at the hearing. If proper, and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate, including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate in the ancillary proceeding. Notice is also given that ALL CREDITORS having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice, or your claims will be barred.
