CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE Chair Richard Anderson called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm with Commissioners Craig Gaasvig, Joe Gould, John Carlson & Tim Sumner present. Unanimously carried. • /M/Sumner /S/Gould to approve out of state travel for Hwy Engineer to attend Transportation Board International Conference in Cedar Rapids IA, July 23-26. Unanimously carried. • /M/Sumner /S/Gaasvig to approve hire of qualified applicant for Public Health Division Director Position at Pay Grade 17, Step 6. Unanimously carried. • /M/Gould /S/Carlson to approve Department of Employment and Economic Development Lease for one year commencing July 1, 23 to June 30, 23 at $2,483.31/month. Unanimously carried. • /M/Gaasvig /S/Carlson to rescind February 21, 23 approval of Township Road Maintenance Rates & reinstate the prior approved rate structure and fee w/a 12-1/2% increase, to $180/hr for 2023.
