YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT:
1.Default has occurred in the conditions of the Mortgage dated May 14, 2014, executed by Timothy A. Estey, a single person, as Mortgagor, to TruStar Federal Credit Union, as Mortgagee, and filed for record on May 16, 2014, as Document No. A000539653 in the office of the County Recorder of Beltrami County, Minnesota, as extended and modified of record. The land described in the Mortgage is not registered land.
2.The Mortgage has been assigned as follows: N/A
3.The original or maximum principal amount secured by the Mortgage was: $40,000.00.
4.No action or proceeding at law is now pending to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof.
