CALL TO ORDER, ROLL CALL AND PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Chair Craig Gaasvig called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m. with Commissioners Jim Lucachick present and Commissioners Reed Olson, Richard Anderson, & Tim Sumner joining via conference call.

•Health & Human Services Childrens’ Mental Health Respite Care Contract
REGULAR AGENDA
•/M/Anderson /S/Lucachick to support the COVID-19 Response Subordinated Business Loan Fund that will be administered by Greater Bemidji. Action includes authorization & directive that Greaer Bemidji administer all components of the program. The application, review, legal compliance and award will be done under the authority of Greater Bemidji. $250,000 funding being granted from a combination of the County Development Fund & Consolidated Conservation Fund. Carried 5:0.
•/M/Lucachick /S/Olson to approve the Resolution: Proclamation and Declaration of a local emergency and extension of declared local emergency. Carried 5:0.
