NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Continuation of Public Hearing
Ten Lake Township has received signed petitions to construct and pave Stocking Lake Dr SE, Wagon Wheel Dr SE and Anjonabe Ct SE. At least 50% of the affected property owners request the establishment of a subordinate service district pursuant to Minnesota Statute 365A. The service district would include all properties along Stocking Lake Dr SE, Wagon Wheel Dr SE and Anjonabe Ct SE.
