A Petition to Determine the descent of certain assets of the above named Decedent has been filed with this Court on April 19, 2021. Any objections to the Petition must be mailed, together with the court filing fee, to Beltrami County Probate Court, 600 Minnesota Avenue NW, #108, Bemidji, Minnesota 56601, or can be filed in the electronic filing system prior to the hearing. If proper, and no objections are filed, the Petition may be granted.
IT IS ORDERED AND NOTICE IS GIVEN that a remote hearing has been scheduled on
May 20,2021, at 8:30a.m., by this Court.
The hearing will be held via Zoom and appearance shall be by video and audio unless otherwise directed with the Honorable Tyler Annette, 9th Judicial District Referee Judge of Beltrami County District Court.
