On December 1, 2020 the Beltrami County Board of Commissioners adopted the new Beltrami County Solid Waste Ordinance #13, replacing the current Solid Waste Ordinance #13 and repealing the Solid Waste Service Charge Ordinance #23. A complete copy of the Beltrami County Solid Waste Ordinance #13 is available in the Beltrami County Administration Office and on the County Website as of January 1, 2021. Public Hearings were held on November 11, 2019 and November 17, 2020.
