A REQUEST HAS BEEN MADE to the Sugar Bush Township Planning and Zoning Administrator by Ronald and Debra Busch, New Prague, Minnesota, for a Conditional Use Permit request to construct a 6’ by 145’ boardwalk for access to Big Lake. The land is owned by Ronald and Debra Busch, 5298 Basswood Lane NE, Bemidji, MN 56601, legally described as:
Sect-29 Twp-147 Range-031 58.54 AC LOTS 2 & 3 LESS THAT PART OF LOT 3 PLATTED AS HAZELTONS ADDITION
A Public Zoning Meeting on the Conditional Use Permit will be held by the zoning board at the Sugar Bush Town Hall on Thursday, May 6, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. Immediately after the meeting has commenced, there will be a site inspection at 5298 Basswood Lane NE, Bemidji, MN 56601.
