NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on Thursday, April 23, at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, the Greater Bemidji Area Joint Planning Commission will conduct a Public Hearing via Webex Video Conferencing (see log-in details on jpbgba.org) on the following requests:
City of Bemidji – PUD-20-80.00426.00, 80.00421.00, 80.05221.00 & 80.05222.00 – Puddle Duck Properties, LLC is requesting a concept and preliminary approval for a planned unit development (PUD) located on the four (4) subject parcels within the (R-5) High Density Residential and (B-2) General Commercial Zoning Districts in the City of Bemidji.
City of Bemidji - CUP-20-80.00934.00 & 80.00935.00 – St. Philips Church is requesting a conditional use permit (CUP) to be able to remove more than sixty (60%) percent of the high quality significant trees in order to build a playground for the kindergartners through eighth graders located at 603 & 609 Bemidji Ave N in the City of Bemidji. These properties are found within the Urban Renaissance (U-R) Zoning District and the Shoreland Overlay.
Northern Township - IUP-20-31.00327.01 – Bemidji Fire is requesting an interim use permit (IUP) for a fire station with three (3) vehicle bays for fire service. The station is designed for on-call staff with one (1) staff person on hand as needed. This parcel is located on Winter Sumac Rd NE in Northern Township and can be found within the Suburban Residential (R-2) Zoning District.
