Notice is hereby given that the Frohn Township Board of Appeals & Adjustment will hold a Public Hearing at the Frohn Town Hall on Thursday, April 8, 2021, at 6:00 p.m., to address a Variance
Application submitted by Michael Corcoran requesting variances from: (1) Setback from top of bluff; (2) Side yard setback; and (3) Impervious surface coverage at 13509 Morningside Ln SE. It is also proposed that existing non-conforming structures will be removed upon approval of this variance. Parcel ID is 14.00798.00. Legal description is: Section 25, Township 146, Range 32, Kerston’s Big Wolf Lake Subdivision, Lot 7.
