NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS - Electronic bids for SAP 004-657-002 will be accepted by Beltrami County through Beltrami County's online bid system (eGram/Bid Vault) until 10:00 A.M. on Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at which time they will be publicly opened and read at the Beltrami County Highway Department, 2491 Adams Ave NW, Bemidji, MN 5660 for the contract listed below:
STATE AID PROJECT NO. 004-657-002
LOCATION: Located on CSAH 57 from CSAH 21 to 1300' north of the JCT of Sandpiper Rd. and located on CSAH 57 from CSAH 20 to the JCT of Sumac Rd.
TYPE OF WORK: Grading & Aggregate Base
LENGTH: 4.235 Miles
The major items of work are approximately:
.AGGREGATE BASE CLASS 5 MOD, 32500 TON; GRANULAR BORROW (EV), 87834 CU YD; COMMON EXCAVATION (P), 92112 CU YD

Paper documents are also available for viewing weekdays between 8:00 A.M. and 3:30 P.M. at the Beltrami County Highway Department.

Electronic bids must be accompanied by a corporate surety bond payable to the Treasurer of Beltrami County in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid.
