CITY OF BEMIDJI 1351 5th Street NW Bemidji, MN 56601 SECTION 00 11 13 ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Gillett Dr NW Lift Station Modifications City Project No. 21-08 Sealed Bids for furnishing the necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of the Gillett Dr NW Lift Station Modifications. The Project includes the following Work: • Provide a lift station bypass; • Provide a new sanitary manhole, lift station, and valve vault; • Provide new piping, valves, and appurtenances; • Relocate existing lift station pumps, mixer, and electrical components; • Excavation; • Dewatering; • Site restoration including paving; and •Miscellaneous and incidental work as described in the Bidding Documents. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time on January 21, 2022 via conference call. Conference call details will be emailed to Bidders who have downloaded the Bidding Documents by 5:00 p.m. on January 20, 2022. Bidders may request a site visit by contacting Todd Anderson at 218-333-1854. Bids will be received at the Bemidji Public Works Facility until 1:00 p.m. local time on Tuesday, February 8, 2022. Bids will be opened and read publicly.
