The lane shift onto the U.S. Highway 71 southbound lanes in Bemidji will be extended further south to the intersection with Highway 197 on Thursday, June 23.
A Minnesota Department of Transportation construction project on Highway 1 east of Red Lake will take place in June. It includes culvert replacements and turn lane improvements between Red Lake and Reservation Highway 18.
