Sanford Health to host 2-day clinic for runners in Bemidji

BEMIDJI — Sanford Health invites community members to register for the POWER Runner’s Clinic, a two-day clinic series on May 14 and June 4 at the Sanford POWER Center, 3000 Division St. W.
"Whether a new or experienced runner or recovering from an injury, the clinic offers a team approach and technology to help anyone enjoy running to the fullest, while staying strong and healthy," a release said.
Attendees will be able to embrace strategies that balance the breath, the mind and the body by putting mindfulness and mechanics into practice, the release added.
The clinic will be instructed by Briana Isakson, Sanford Health senior physical therapist, and Angie Clark, Bemidji Blue Ox Marathon committee member and certified yoga instructor.
Registration for the clinic series (both days) is $35. Space is limited.
Participants will receive a free Bemidji Blue Ox Marathon souvenir gift and have the chance to win a free running analysis and a 5K race registration for the Bemidji Blue Ox Marathon.
