Parks and Rec to hold community bike ride July 2

The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will hold a community bike ride from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 2, at Lake Bemidji State Park, 3401 State Park Rd. NE.

BEMIDJI — The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will hold a community bike ride from 11 a.m. to noon on Saturday, July 2, at Lake Bemidji State Park, 3401 State Park Rd. NE.

League Cycling Instructor Natalie Gille will conduct a brief safety lesson and lead the bike ride. After the ride the group will have an optional BBQ, make sure to bring your own picnic lunch, a release said.

There is no cost to participate in the ride.
