Parks and Rec to hold 3-day youth climbing event

The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will host three days of lessons and games, technique and movement skills for youth ages 10-16 interested in learning more about the sport of climbing from 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 14-16, at the Gillett Wellness Center, 1801 17th St. NE.

BEMIDJI — The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will host three days of lessons and games, technique and movement skills for youth ages 10-16 interested in learning more about the sport of climbing from 10 to 11:30 a.m. June 14-16, at the Gillett Wellness Center, 1801 17th St. NE.

All equipment is provided, small groups will focus on safety and skills development. The event is limited to 10 participants per session and the cost is $70 per person.
