BEMIDJI — The Northwest Minnesota Foundation will host two upcoming free events in Bemidji with the goal of hearing from its neighbors throughout the region.
Events are scheduled to be held:
- 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, at the Northwest Minnesota Foundation, 201 Third St. NW.
- 8:30 to 10 a.m. on Friday, April 8, also at the Northwest Minnesota Foundation.
NMF will open each event with a presentation about its work, but the goal of NMF staff is to spend significant time listening to and connecting with attendees. The goal is to hear about life in the local community, a release said.
Pre-registration is requested, though not required. Anyone who pre-registered is guaranteed a gift bag. Details and registration links can be found online at

Masks will be required at all Community Connections events, though provided upon request at entry. Beverages will be available.
