P.E.O. Chapter EX of Bemidji recently announced that Serena Madden is this year’s recipient of the $1,000 Julie Campbell Ringle Memorial Scholarship. Madden is currently a registered nurse at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center and is attending classes to become a family nurse practitioner.
