Lions Club donates to Bemidji Public Library
The Bemidji Lions Club recently donated $500 to the Bemidji Public Library.

The Bemidji Lions Club recently donated $500 to the Bemidji Public Library. Club president Leon Nelson presented the donation to library executive director Ara Gallo, who accepted it on behalf of the organization.
The Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department will host a series of yoga classes from 5 to 5:45 p.m. on Tuesdays, July 12-26, at Diamond Point Park, 1710 Birchmont Drive NE.
The United Way of Bemidji Area’s Board of Directors recently approved the United Way Community Investment Cabinet’s recommendations for grant allocations to 25 local nonprofits.
