BEMIDJI — Happy 420 Merch will host a Legalization Rally from 4 to 7 p.m. on Wednesday, April 20, at Paul Bunyan Park, 300 Bemidji Ave. N.
There will be live performances including guest performer DJ Shine along with an open mic and various speakers.
Those in attendance at the event can enter to win free giveaways.
