BEMIDJI — Bemidji State University and the city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department are teaming up to offer a Heartsaver First Aid/CPR and AED class from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, at the Gillett Wellness Center, 1801 Birch Lane NE.
This program is geared toward those with little or no medical training who need a course completion card for their job, regulatory (e.g., OSHA), or other requirements or those who want to be prepared for an emergency in any setting, a release said.
Upon completion of the course, students will receive a course completion card that is valid for two years. The cost per person is $105, register by visiting www.ci.bemidji.mn.us .
