BEMIDJI — Headwaters Landlords’ Association will introduce the Stable Supported Rental Housing Plan at its meeting from 7 to 8:30 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 13, in the community room at Beltrami Electric Cooperative, 4111 Technology Drive.
The plan offers new means to reduce rental risk while supporting community members in need of housing.
"To communicate this new program to the broadest relevant audience, property owners and/or managers who are not members of Headwaters Landlords’ Association are invited to participate. Of course, members are also encouraged to attend," a release said.
