Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning to hold 'Frogs' program Feb. 22

Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning will begin its spring series with "Frogs" by Kelly Blackledge, of Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, at Armory Arts and Events Center, 203 Park Ave. South in Park Rapids.

PARK RAPIDS -- Headwaters Center for Lifelong Learning will begin its spring series with "Frogs" by Kelly Blackledge, of Tamarac National Wildlife Refuge, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 22, at Armory Arts and Events Center, 203 Park Ave. South in Park Rapids.

Blackledge serves as visitor service manager and is an enthusiastic fan of frogs, a release said.

The program is open to the public, free of charge, and handicap accessible. Masks and social distancing are encouraged.
