Evergreen Youth and Family Services hosted its annual Evergreen Gala at the Hampton Inn and Suites on April 7, which raised $24,568.
The funds raised will help Evergreen continue to provide its services free of charge to youth experiencing homelessness and families in crisis in the community.
According to a release, around 160 supporters attended the event and enjoyed an evening experiencing what hope truly looks like for many of the youth and families that Evergreen serves.
A social hour was held, which included a silent auction, wine wall, mystery treasure box, selfie station, live music from Rhonda & Orlando, with decor and fresh flowers from Events + Designs by Briana Lynn. The Evergreen Experience, keynote speaker, and dinner immediately followed, with Marc Ricci as the MC, the release said.
Those in attendance watched a live interview with Evergreen’s Executive Director Ebony Warren Evergreen Shelter Program Director and Gary Russell.
