BEMIDJI -- The city of Bemidji Parks and Recreation Department is offering Valentine's Day party kits to the community.
The kit contains:
- Cupcake mix
- Frosting and liners
- Six Valentine themed crafts
- Decorations
- Tattoos
- Valentine's Day themed tote bag
