BEMIDJI -- Sanford Bemidji is offering walk-up technology support for patients July 6-9 at several locations on the Sanford Bemidji campus.
“As we adapt to virtual care, some of us may need some extra support understanding how to view our lab results in My Chart or setting up a video visit with our provider,” Claire Frenzel, director of technology solutions at Sanford Health of Northern Minnesota, said in a release. “Our goal with Sanford TechPoint is to offer patients free, one-on-one technology support to help them get the most out of their virtual care experience.”
