The Herbert and Vivian Olson Children’s Reading Program Fund is seeking Bemidji area residents to serve on its advisory board.
The Herbert and Vivian Olson Children’s Reading Program Fund, a component fund of the Northwest Minnesota Foundation, provides support for early childhood literacy and reading programs and provides library books for young children in Bemidji area elementary schools, ECFE and local libraries, a release said.
Volunteer advisory board members will help strengthen these efforts with the goal of creating a community of readers.
