Bemidji Senior Center to hold 'Walk with Ease' class

The Bemidji Senior Center, located at 216 Third St. NW, will hold a new free class called "Walk with Ease" at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 7.

BEMIDJI -- The Bemidji Senior Center, located at 216 Third St. NW, will hold a new free class called "Walk with Ease" starting at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 7.

The six-week class will continue being held each Monday on the following dates: Feb. 14, 21 and 28, and March 7 and 14.

The class is put on by the University of Minnesota and will be taught by Sandra Gehrke. It is part of a six-week program, which includes a walking guidebook, a release said.
