BEMIDJI -- The Beltrami County Fairboard recently received grants from the Minnesota Horse Council and the George Neilson Foundation.
The grants will be going toward a phased project, which involves safety and security improvements to the Fairgrounds Equine Facility, as well as moving forward with the new exercise arena and a cement pad and equipment project, a release said.
