VetLoan program honors Stittsworth Meats

Chuck Nordquist of Minnesota Business Finance Corp. (left) recently presented Mychal Stittsworth of Stittsworth Meats in Bemidji, with a MBFC’s VetLoan Advantage rebate check for $3,000. MBFC is the only certified development company in Minnesota to offer a rebate to business owners who are active or retired members of military service. Stittsworth used the SBA 504 program with MBFC to purchase a larger building and complete renovations for Stittsworth Meats business in Bemidji.  MBFC partnered with Bank Forward on the purchase. With the rebate, Stittsworth, who was a member of the U.S. Air Force for 10 years, is able to offset some loan costs associated with the project.
